Chaabi AI provides an AI assistant that real-estate businesses ("our clients") use to reply to people who enquire about their properties on WhatsApp. This policy explains what we do with personal data when you message one of our clients.

What we collect

• Your phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
• The messages you exchange with our client's WhatsApp number.
• Details you choose to share in the chat, such as budget, preferred configuration, location, timeline and site-visit time.
• Enquiry details our client already holds, for example from a form you filled in.

How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry on behalf of our client, to pass your enquiry to their sales team, to send a limited number of follow-up messages, and to show our client a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Messages travel through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Our service runs on Cloudflare. Replies are generated by an AI model provider (Anthropic or Cloudflare Workers AI), which processes the conversation to write each reply. Our client, the business you contacted, is responsible for its own use of your data.

Your choices

• Send STOP at any time and you will not receive further messages.
• Ask our client, or us, to delete your data, and we will delete your conversation and contact details.

Retention and security

We keep conversation data for as long as our client uses the service, or until deletion is requested. Access tokens are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and access to client dashboards requires a secret key.
